As a food blogger I have had a hard time concentrating, and am even wondering should I even write a post this week? Food seems like a luxury given that we are living through the destruction of our Democracy. And yet. It is my refuge. When the going gets tough, I get cooking. And after I cook, and relax, I am fortified to fight. If I keep telling myself this, I will write another food post.
You perfectly and infectiously convey the exuberant spirit of the event, Anne: well done! I had the supreme pleasure of being in this class (thanks to one very generous birthday girl), and I would do it all over again in a second.
Great post re: pizza school, Anne Manning. My son and daughter-in-law received it as a wedding gift from someone and used the gift certificate recently. They LOVED it on every level. Robin R
That is superb! Can’t wait to try it….
I find a pizza pan with holes in it makes a crispier crust than a stone. And we make A LOT of pizza!
MMMMMM. You guys are the pros. Will need to try that. I just bought a pizza stone.

Love that comment Marla. And totally agree. I just reposted Mark Bittman's brilliant post! Think I will repost yours as well.
Coffee! Sounds intriguing.
I’m the worst when it comes to making anything requiring yeast and time…I’ll leave the pizza to you. Thanks for the inside look, Anne!
Thanks Amie! I so appreciate your comments.
Anne thank you for being so creative and sharing the joy. I got a group of friends together and will be doing this in March. 💕
That is a high complement. I appreciate it:). Enjoy the experience.
