After reading your post I see I have been (unintentionally and unconsciously) a food hedonist my entire life… just because it’s the obvious way to live happily and healthily. Despite all of my food hedonism I am always losing or keeping my weight. Okay, being a tennis addict helps but it’s thanks to happy eating. We will have a lot to talk about when you are back. Over food, of course 🥰
Love the concept of healthy hedonism and am going to check out the book. Hopefully will offer some inspiration to work on my sugar habit.
